PhysTEC funds a limited but diverse cadre of colleges and universities to improve the preparation of future physics and physical science teachers. Six institutions are currently fully engaged in project activities, and are working on developing their teacher preparation programs into national models.
An additional six institutions have completed their main project activities, and are currently engaged in disseminating the successes of their projects through presentations and journal publications.
